What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at 8:00 AM so we can get you checked in and you can enjoy breakfast before we begin the day promptly at 8:55 AM.

Will I need a laptop or mobile device?

This is mostly a device-free event. There will be specific times we ask you to take out your phones to capture a photo.

Will food and beverages be provided?

Yes! Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available at the venues and will be provided onsite.

No, this event is exclusively for Global Tech participants.

Is parking available?

Yes!- Redwood Shores campus has many parking garages available.- Seattle DT Crowne Plaza Hotel has a first come first serve parking policy.  GT will not be covering parking expenses. The hotel is walking distance from the Oracle office.- Nashville campus, Radius Building, has parking available on the side of the building next to the loading dock.
