Welcome to the Global Tech Program! We are excited to welcome you to a global community of more than 5,000 Global Tech participants and alumni who have launched their careers at Oracle through this program. With participants in Canada, India, Mexico, Morocco, and the United States, Global Tech reflects Oracle's commitment to investing in early-career talent around the world.​

We're especially excited to welcome you to //Kickoff - Meet Your Cohort, the first of three in-person experiences you'll participate in this year. More than an introduction, this event marks the beginning of a year centered on growth, connection, and opportunity.

Throughout the day, you'll meet fellow Global Tech hires and begin building a community that will continue to grow throughout the program. You'll collaborate on team challenges, hear insights from Oracle leaders and Global Tech alumni, and start developing the relationships, skills, and confidence that will support your success throughout the year and beyond.
